3D Visuals provides digital 3D rendering and visualization products and services for architecture, interior design, real estate and commercial use. All products sold are digital: no physical items are shipped, and files are delivered electronically by download link or email.

3. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full before work begins or before a digital file is delivered. Prices are listed on the site in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Project Requirements
For custom rendering projects, clients must provide accurate information needed to complete the work, such as references, dimensions and design requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.

5. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the product or project. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Final files are delivered digitally.

6. Revisions
Minor revisions are included with custom projects. Major changes or new concepts may require an additional fee, agreed with you in advance.

7. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our site.

8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 3D Visuals retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes. Clients may not resell or redistribute purchased files without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Visuals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or misuse of delivered content.
