Refund policy

1. Overview
3D Visuals sells digital 3D rendering and visualization products and services (renders, visual assets and related digital files). Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, this Refund Policy differs from a standard physical-goods policy.

2. Digital Products
All items sold by 3D Visuals are digital and are delivered by download link or email. No physical items are shipped.

3. Refund Eligibility
You may be entitled to a refund if:
- Your order has not yet been started or delivered
- The file(s) you received are corrupted, defective, or do not match the product described at checkout
- We are unable to deliver the product or service you paid for

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available once a digital file has been downloaded or a rendering project has been completed and delivered, in the following cases in particular:
- Change of mind after purchase or download
- Delays caused by missing information or files from the client
- Minor differences in artistic or creative interpretation
- Dissatisfaction not related to the original brief or product description

5. Revisions
For custom rendering projects, minor revisions (lighting, colors, small details) are included. Major changes or new concepts may require an additional fee, which will always be agreed with you in advance.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before work has started or before the digital file has been delivered. Once production begins or the file has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled.

7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
